What fun we had this year for Halloween! We dressed Evey in her cute lil' lion costume that her cousins Timothy and Christina brought her in May. (we couldn't wait to use it!) After a long nap we fed her and stuffed her in her lion costume and put on a black nose and whiskers. It wasn't easy to put the makeup on... I used black eyeliner.... she wasn't liking us poking at her one bit!
Once her costume was complete we headed out the door to go to downtown Edmond to walk the street and be a part of all the festivities! There were kids everywhere participating in all the fun events and going from store to store for treats! Evey was speachless!! She loved it! We got lots of comments on her cutness! "Oh what a cute lion" "oh momma look at that cute baby!" etc etc! It was all true... she was adorable!!! After that we ran across town to go to our church's fun night. We walked the halls of the children's rooms looking at all the kids in fun costumes begging for candy. The cutest costume we saw was Carson Henley in his Oompa Loompa outfit that his mom made him. He's only about 2 and he said "i'm an oompa loompa!! It was so cute!! Oh and Corban the hotdog was super cute too! So cute we even got a photo with him!
The ride home was an easy one since Evey was so wore out. She slept the whole way and we got home and popped her into bed. Halloween was a huge succcess and we can't wait for next year! She's just so much fun!!!

Evey looks so dang cute!!! Halloween is so much fun with kiddos!!! Don't you just love this!! Only thing that would make this time in our lives better is.... you guys living down the street!!!! We love you all so much!!
