We love you baby Isaac!

Today baby Isaac joined his brother David and Jesus in heaven. We'll miss you lil' buddy but we'll see you again!!!

Isaac Tremblay was born Oct 18, 2006 and today he passed away Dec 15, 2007. He was a really strong boy and tried so hard to hold on to life. He was so beautiful and we feel so blessed to have known him. Matt and Natalie Tremblay are our great friends and mommy and daddy of Isaac. Please keep them in your prayers.

The Tremblays are so grateful to the NICU unit and staff who took precious care of Isaac for the 2 months following the transplant of David's kidney into his brother. Thus, in memorial of Isaac and David Tremblay, donations may be made to OU Medical Center Children's Hospital.

Mat and Natalie will be returning to Vermont for Christmas to bury the baby boys and to conduct services there. There will be having a memorial celebration for the boys after the first of the year at Quail Springs Church of Christ in OKC.
