This is our annoying neighbor dog named Zoey. We hate this dog. It's not the dogs fault it's bad and barks all day, it's the owners fault for not training it and neglecting it.... but we still hate it. Now Evey knows how to to tell it to BE QUIET ZOEY! Funny stuff.
