This cute little outfit was Rusty's when he was a toddler some oh, almost 30 years ago! His mom saved it for him to use for his kids, so he finally got the opportunity! It's still a little big, but holy moly it sure was cute! She was so proud of herself wearing the cool sailor outfit!
