Matt & Natalie Tremblay invited us to come and celebrate their boys birthday with them at Cracker Barrel this week. Yes, it's been 1 year since they were born! David and Isaac have a very special story and are now living with God in heaven. It was fun to come out and celebrate their amazing lives with their parents and some other friends who love them very much! Happy Birthday Boys!
We annoyingly say BYE-BYE about 50 times. Sorry but it's just so cute that she now waves hi and bye!
